Leap Year Lindy Weekend

2 tracks of lessons:
10 full hours of lessons for BEGINNERS
10 full hours of lessons for INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED
Plus... Friday and Saturday night dances!

Who: American Lindy Hop Champions Kevin St. Laurent and Emily Hoffberg plus Naomi Uyama, Davis Thurber and Elizabeth Miller (Boston), Dorry Segev and Sommer Gentry, and Cassie Wicken (Baltimore) and Marc-Andre Vachon (Providence)

PREREGISTRATION IS CLOSED
YOU CAN SIGN UP FOR ANY CLASSES AT THE DOOR


Cost:
Full pass: (includes ALL workshops & ALL dances)
$95/$75 for students

Without full pass (all at the door):
Friday night dance is: $12/$10 for students
Saturday night dance is: $12/$10 for students
Sunday night dance is: $6/$3 for students
Saturday day pass (includes dance) is: $50/$40 for students
Sunday day pass (includes dance) is: $50/$40 for students
Each lesson is: $15/$10 for students

Exchange-type housing is available for folks who are coming from out of town - contact to get on the list.

1:30 PM: Lindy Hop Fundamentals (Beginners welcome!)
    The building blocks for the weekend.
    Sometimes the simplest concepts are actually the most difficult.
2:30 PM: Connection Intensive (Beginners welcome!)
    The secrets of dynamic frame.
3:45 PM: Flash & Trash (Intermediate/Advanced)
    Fun flashy moves to impress your mum.
5:15 PM: Lindy Routine (partners required, Intermediate/Advanced)
    One part creative, one part challenging, and two parts upbeat.

ELIZABETH AND DAVIS
3:45 PM: Texas Tommy Time (Beginner/Intermediate)
5:15 PM: Partner 1930s Charleston (Beginner/Intermediate Lindy Hop)

    A prerequisite for Aerials II.
    We lay the foundation for bases and flyers.
3:45 PM: Aerials II (partners required, Intermediate/Advanced)
    One or two lindy aerials for jams, routines and family gatherings.
    (prerequisite - Aerials I)
5:15 PM: Blues Dancing (all levels)
    Dynamic suggestion-dance that will give the impression of much more
